On your marks: get ready for new Couch 2 5K

Details are being finalised for the return on 24th May of Kingston's successful Couch 2 5K programme. Taking place at Peter Pan Park over 10 weeks, the free programme will take you in easy stages upto joining in a parkrun on your "graduation day". Several of the 2022 graduates went on to join the club and were taking part in 10Ks before the end of the year. We will be advertiisng the programme and taking bookings very shortly, so watch this space!
